Super Sandwiches to Make Before Summer Ends
Ciao! At the beginning of the summer, I got together with a good friend of mine, baker Catello Di Maio. Catello is a second generation baker and owns a small chain of bakeries called Cesto Bakery in a town called Torre Del Greco near Naples, Italy.
I’m in love with his baked goods, especially his bread. It may sound strange, but I’m actually happy when I put together ingredients to make a sandwich, i.e, panino.
We got together recently to make a perfect panino - or three. Take a look!
